When legislation is proposed that threatens the rights of property owners, an expert voice is needed to speak truth to power. During his time as a State Board Advisor for the American Policyholder Association, Joshua Friedman has been called upon to testify before the Georgia House of Representatives, providing critical, front-line insight on proposed insurance laws. He has stood before lawmakers beside Doug Quinn of the American Policyholder Association to dissect how seemingly innocuous language can be weaponized by carriers, ensuring the policyholder's perspective is heard and defended where it matters most.

Challenging the System from Within
Beyond individual claims, Joshua is committed to addressing the systemic inequities that plague the insurance industry. He was invited to speak at the Win the Storm Conference, one of the nation's premier events for the restoration industry. His presentation, "DisgRACEd - A Study on Redlining in Insurance," tackled the difficult subject of how historical and ongoing biases in underwriting and claims handling can disproportionately harm certain communities. This academic and professional work demonstrates a commitment not just to winning claims, but to making the entire industry fairer and more transparent.

Our Story
Ours is a story that started long before we ever knew it. Years ago, at Kanakuk Kamps, a young, first-year counselor named Joshua and a determined last-year camper named Hannah had a brief, memorable encounter. Their most significant "moment" came at the base of a rock wall. Hannah was ready to give up, but Joshua, operating the wall, refused to let her. He encouraged her, pushed her, and believed in her until she reached the top—a moment that would unknowingly define their future partnership.
Life took them on separate journeys, but destiny wasn't finished. Years later, after navigating their own difficult paths, they found each other again. The spark from that summer was instantly reignited, and they fell madly in love, knowing with certainty that their reunion was no accident.

That fated partnership grew into a marriage built on love, a shared faith in Jesus, and a bustling home with five incredible children—three girls and two boys. We are deeply rooted in our community as active members of Crosspoint City Church in Cartersville, and our chocolate lab, Bo (AKC registered as Boba Fett Friedman), is usually right in the middle of our family adventures.

Joshua is the visionary—extroverted, dynamic, and charismatic. He is the voice and the frontline fighter, driven by an energy that commands attention and inspires action. He is a student of Christian theology, a certified tea sommelier, and an adventurer. His passion for justice is magnified by his unique perspective as a neurodivergent thinker. Being on the autism spectrum isn't a challenge; it is his superpower. It grants him the extraordinary ability to see patterns, connect dots, and find groundbreaking solutions that others simply miss.

Hannah is the creative architect—intuitive, insightful, and introverted. She is the quiet force who translates bold visions into actionable reality. With a degree in Interior Design, Hannah possesses a rare gift for seeing structure in chaos and bringing order and beauty to complex situations. As the firm's Vice President, she ensures every brilliant idea has a flawless blueprint for success.

Together, we see the world from angles no one else does. We love tackling home improvement projects, going to Christian concerts, and living a life of modern homesteading. Being parents and followers of Jesus are our greatest passions, and it is from this unique partnership—this blend of fire and focus—that we draw the strength to fight for your family as if it were our own.
